A Single Tear Shed

Girl time lasted an entire weekend, and oddly enough, we hadn’t seen the boys since the party. My grandmother busied herself making new drapes for the dining-room windows for the better part of Sunday but poked her head in my room occasionally to make sure we were all alive. Girl time had been fun, but we were officially out of things to do.
