When You Know, You Know

The annual camping trip started a few years ago when Aunt Bianca decided we needed a change of scenery. She rented a few cabins in the mountains of North Carolina, and we spent two weeks kayaking, hiking, cooking out—almost every outdoor activity imaginable. We had so much fun, it became an annual tradition we looked forward to all year. With the kids spread out across the country finishing up college, it was nice to know we would all be in one place together for a while.
