Skating Lessons In The Park

Who doesn’t love, love? I’ll tell you who. Someone who’s smack in the middle of a public park, surrounded by people in love, while hopelessly single. I had taken my author’s suggestion and gone to the park on a beautiful Saturday with Shay, Noah, and Sam in tow. Since our study session at the library, Sam had become a permanent fixture in our group, although I was sure it had more to do with Shay than some sudden interest in friendship with me. He spent our lunch hours irritating me with question after question about my best friend, much to the dismay of a group of lovesick girls who spent their time staring at us.
