Sophia would probably kill me if she discovered I encouraged Ethan, but planting the seed of an idea in his mind was just what he needed to calm down and focus on something, anything other than pounding Jay’s face in for no reason. Of course, I didn’t expect much to come of it, especially during the party, but confessing my sister’s confession for her (if that’s possible) brought the nice guy back out of him. It made him smile, and after a few more minutes of talking about something other than his own sister, he decided to find Sophia.
