Chapter Twenty: Tips for Worldbuilding

Worldbuilding can be overwhelming, especially at first. I spent nearly a decade stuck in the worldbuilding phase for my first fantasy series, trying to figure out how to make everything fit together... and then how to align that with a compelling plot for my story. I don’t want you to be stuck worldbuilding forever—your story needs to be written! But worldbuilding is important. It doesn’t have to take forever, but it does require careful thought.
