Chapter Twelve

Saturday was spent with my best friend dress shopping after I convinced her that she really would have a date. How she managed to find the perfect lilac-colored dress for under fifty bucks was anyone’s guess, but she did it, and it looked fantastic on her with the purple highlights in her hair. We had just made it home when Vivien texted me.
