Working with birds might seem fairly safe, but some birds pack a mean bite. Macaws can easily break the skin and leave deep bruises. Condors and vultures bite and tear, and can take off whole chunks of flesh. But of all the birds I worked with as an animal handler and trainer, the scariest was Ebenezer.
